Interviewer: Hello, Pavel! Can you introduce yourself to our readers?

Pavel: Greetings to all loyal readers! I am really honoured to be featured in our blog interviews! My name is Pavel and I am part of the Service Development team here at Fantastic Services. My specialities are data analysis, reporting, investment planning, etc. and one of my main goals is to keep track of our statistics and make suggestions in order to maintain the financial stability of our services and franchise offers. I have a Master of Science degree in engineering but I have never practised my theoretical knowledge on the field. After spending 6 years in the media analysis industry I joined Fantastic Services 2 and half years ago.

 

What is your role in the company?

As we are striving to be a data-driven company, I am always trying to make it possible for our decisions to be based on “hard evidence” and not on a gut feeling and assumptions. I am compiling and analysing numerous reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to ensure that we are prepared for the changes in our industry, e.g. price changes, hiring new teams, return on investment of our franchise packages, service changes and last but not least – service innovations.

 

What’s the most challenging part of your job?

The most difficult task of all is to be always ready for a transition. Changes in our business are something constant and inevitable that’s why we have to be flexible and respond properly to every change in the business environment. It’s important to remember that change is a vital part of every successful business.

 

How does your work help the franchisees?

I would like to think of my job as an insurance that the efforts of the franchisees are harnessed in the right direction and we all benefit from a properly structured business. I am also involved in preparing all the monthly performance reports received by the franchisees as I am sure that quality is the key to success and longevity in every walk of life.

 

Are you involved in training the franchisees?

I’m more related to data and reporting and don’t take part in the actual training process of the franchisees. However, I believe I’m providing useful information that is of help for both my colleagues and the franchisees in training.

Part of my job is to make predictions and keep up with the trends in our business and in the industry. Тhe truth is that we need to be even more technologically advanced, we must streamline and optimise all processes and most of all, we have to always deliver the best possible customer experience in order to. Be and stay one of the top franchise companies in Australia.

 

What’s the biggest benefit for the Fantastic Services’ franchisees?

There are many benefits listed in our franchise packages but actually, the most important one is not written anywhere… TEAMWORK! We all work together to achieve our main goal – to be the best service company in Australia.
